A real head-turner, its distinctive shape has earned it many nicknames - from the barrel and the cylinder to the tube bag. Needless to say it has quickly become a key member of the Cambridge Satchel family! Inspired by a bag discovered at an antiques fair, believed to date back to the 1930s, it immediately stood out as an unforgettable design. Originally intended as a carrier for two wooden bowls, this bag is ideal for modern day life. We're sure you'll agree that its simple cylindrical shape is unique and eye-catching. Like all our bags, the Bowls Bag is handcrafted in the heart of England. We have replaced the traditional buckles with magnetic closures whilst maintaining the exact same look. To prevent the bag rolling we have added small feet and a detachable shoulder strap gives versatility and functionality. Once you see it you will instantly understand why we had to bring it back! *Please note that due to its magnetic closures, The Bowls Bag may not be able to withstand the weight of heavy Bowls and is designed to be used as a modern-day handbag.

Apply leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness and prevent drying.
Handle with Care
Avoid contact with wet sanitizer as it can damage the leather's surface.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve its color and texture.

"This bag is a little small for size, but if you know you're going somewhere that just requires a lipstick and your mobile, it is absolutely perfect. It can fit more than those two items, but it's so cute for going out why would you want to carry more? The quality and feel of the leather is amazing and I absolutely love the color."
"I love the Bowls Bag - it has a unique shape, I like the Celtic Grain leather and on a practical level it is the perfect size for a day or evening around town, and the long strap length enables it to be worn comfortably across the body. I have two of these now, in black and oxblood. The only reason for dropping a star is this - my black one is older and has the cute and quintessentially Cambridge bicycle logo on the end - perfect! But - the newer oxblood one has the totally unfathomable 'new' logo which quite frankly is just a rather unattractive squiggle and means nothing to anyone. I do feel strongly (as a customer since CSC began and having many bags from all its eras), that the bicycle needs to come back in some form! Please consider it, Cambridge Satchel - you are ignoring your own brand's heritage!"
